What are the rules for using free Go dice in Monopoly?

In Monopoly, Go dice, commonly referred to as the "Speed Die" after it was introduced in some editions, is a tool used to speed up the game. When players reach a certain point in the game, typically after all players have passed GO for the first time, they start using the Speed Die along with their regular dice rolls. On each turn, a player rolls the Speed Die along with the two standard six-sided dice. The Speed Die has sides including 1, 2, 3, a bus icon, and Mr. Monopoly icons. Rolling 1-3 on the Speed Die simply adds that number to the sum of the two standard dice. If the bus icon appears, players choose whether to advance the sum of the standard dice or just one of those dice. If a Mr. Monopoly icon is rolled, players first move the sum of the standard dice and then must move again to the next unowned property on which they can potentially buy or auction; if no such properties are left, they move to the nearest property on which they owe rent.
