Is KuCoin exchange available for use in New York?

As of the latest information available, KuCoin exchange is not regulated in New York. New York has some of the strictest regulations for cryptocurrency exchanges in the United States, primarily because of its BitLicense system, introduced by the New York State Department of Financial Services (NYSDFS). Any crypto exchange that wishes to serve residents of New York must obtain this license. KuCoin, like many other international cryptocurrency exchanges, has not pursued this licensure. Therefore, it does not actively provide services to New York residents, who are often restricted from using the platform based on their geographical location.
